Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding season (November-February) and year-end corporate event season. However, we accept bookings up to 6 months early and can often accommodate last-minute requests (1-2 weeks) subject to availability.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund minus 10% processing fee. Cancellations 15-30 days prior receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is free for the first change (subject to availability).
Can I reschedule my event date?
Yes! The first reschedule is completely free, subject to our availability. Subsequent reschedules incur a small admin fee. All reschedule requests should be made at least 14 days before the original event date.
Do you have availability for my wedding date?
Check availability by contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your event date. We’ll instantly confirm if we’re available. During peak season, weekend dates fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.

Can you set up outdoors?
Our equipment can be used outdoors but requires covered space (tent, canopy, or covered area) to protect from sun, rain, and dust. We cannot set up in completely open, uncovered outdoor spaces. Discuss outdoor setup requirements when booking.
What if the venue has stairs or difficult access?
We’ve handled all types of venues! Inform us during booking about stairs, elevators, narrow hallways, or access challenges. We’ll bring appropriate equipment and additional staff if needed. There may be additional charges for particularly challenging venue access.
